Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to receive your returns or exchanges 14 days after receipt by you, as long as the item(s) is still in original packaging and in good condition. Please note: we can't ensure you that the item you are exchanging will be available by the time your exchange item/items are received, we will offer store credit. Also, Items purchased in the sale are only viable for exchange only.

Kindly email info@abbypearlempire.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Your return label will be sent to you via email.

Your refund will be credited to the purchaser's bank account after the product has been returned. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges will be processed after receipt of product.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT pay for your return shipping costs. Shipping fee are NON-REFUNDABLE, they will only be refunded when there is an error with your order from our end.

SHIPPING TIMES
Please note that our shipping times may take longer depending on your garment style. Also, orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipped item to reach it's destination. Once the order has been handed over to the career, standard orders may take up to 3-5 business days to be shipped out. Business days are defined by Monday- Friday (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).

All orders are expected to be delivered between 3-10 business days later after the processing period.

SHIPPING FEES
Our shipping fees are not-refundable. Shipping rates are calculated at check out and this is calculated real time by the career depending on your location.

AbbyPearl Empire is not liable for shipment that is subject to duties and taxes imposed by the custom in your country.

PRE ORDER
If your order is a pre- order item, it will be shipped together on the pre-order ship date. Please note that all pre-order items have a ship date on the product description.
